Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All Alora Pillow orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days of purchase. During this time, your order is picked, packed, and quality-checked before being handed to our shipping carrier.

 

During high-demand periods such as holidays, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always work as efficiently as possible.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

       Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 7–21 business days from dispatch

 

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 9–28 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.

 

If you don't see your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

 

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with live tracking information.

 

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Alora Pillow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your-email@alorapillow.com] with your order number. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

 

5. Delays & Lost Packages

We take every care to ensure your order is dispatched promptly and packaged securely. However, once your parcel is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

 

Delays may occur due to:

       High volume periods at the carrier

       Customs or border inspection processes

       Extreme weather or unforeseen disruptions

       Incorrect or incomplete address details

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

 

Alora Pillow is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you have any concerns.
